- 1 cup baby bella mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 cups water or vegetable broth
- ½ teaspoon ground sage

- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ⅓ cup vegan (or regular) parmesan cheese
Instructions:
