- ½ bag sweet potato fries
- 9 slider rolls
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan
- deli meats (pepperoni, prosciutto, salami)
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
- 9 slices mozzarella cheese
- fresh basil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In an air fryer, cook the sweet potato fries for 10 minutes at 400°F.
- Meanwhile, evenly lay the bottom half of the slider rolls on a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the dijon mustard over each roll. Layer the deli meats, basil, sweet potato fries, and cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix the butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, grated parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread this under the top side of the rolls and place on top of the cheese. Brush any extra butter mix over the tops of the rolls.
- Place in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
